Decorative surfaces, interior panels and more

Hardwoods Specialty Products, Rugby Architectural Building Products and Frank Paxton Lumber will showcase a broad assortment of trending interior surfacing solutions at AWFS 2019.

Visitors to the exhibitor’s booth will discover a product range with a variety of textures that provides design flexibility and customization for rustic and contemporary decorative surfaces, architectural décor panels, reconstituted wood veneers, hardwood lumber, fancy hardwood plywood, and related millwork products, all available in a wide range of colors and class “A” fire-rated or moisture resistant composite boards.

Offerings include:

Echo Wood PFP ready-to-use interior panels: “The new Echo Wood prefinished panel from Hardwoods Specialty Products is high quality, reconstituted, prefinished real wood veneers on MDF core. Available in 17 colors and grain patterns with a durable European matte finish. Echo Wood PFP is the pinnacle of environmental stewardship as it provides the look and feel of nature’s most desired and rare wood species but made from rapidly growing species that undergo a technical transformation into the beautiful Echo Wood patterns. Echo Wood PFP panels are available FSC certified,” according to the exhibitor.

Tafisa’s particleboard panels: “Manufactured using 100-percent recycled and recovered wood materials,” the exhibitor said. “We innovate again by adding a complete matching line of  Surforma brand HPL to our Sommet and Prelude TFL Series. Made from the same texture plates and the same printed decors, we now offer the perfect match, the same look and feel of its products in both TFL (Thermally Fused Laminates) and HPL (High-pressure laminates), at one address.”

Laminate surfaces with InCopper protection: “Introduced by Arauco, InCopper is a proprietary antimicrobial technology now incorporated in Prism TFL panels,” according to the exhibitor. “InCopper uses a proprietary formulation of copper salts developed to actively protect the Prism panel surface against bacteria, fungi and mold that can cause stains and odor. InCopper antimicrobial technology will be standard in all Prism TFL exclusive designs starting in early 2019 in the United States, and offered as an option for commodities. In Canada, it will be available later in 2019, pending registration.”

UltraMatte acrylic products: “Perfect for interior spaces such as cabinets, closets, vanities and store fixtures,” the company said.
