AWFS Fair welcomes the USO Las Vegas

The Association of Woodworking & Furnishings Suppliers will host the USO of Las Vegas on the show floor of the AWFS Fair, July 17-20 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

“AWFS and AWFS Fair are grateful to have the opportunity to support our troops and their families by supporting the USO of Las Vegas. It is our pleasure to welcome them to our show and to our industry with open arms,” says Trade Show Director Kim Roehricht.

Every dollar raised by the USO Las Vegas, a private non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, stays within the community to serve active duty military, National Guard, and reserve troops and their families.  In 2018, they served over 100,000 in Las Vegas alone.  They maintain four physical locations in Las Vegas; two Centers at McCarran International Airport and one each at Creech and Nellis Air Force Base.  Additionally, they host 15 Warrior and Family Care outreach programs a month, according to the AWFS.
