RazorGage to demo RazorOptimal

RazorGage will present live demonstrations of the RazorOptimal, a programmable optimizing saw system designed to make a shop’s manufacturing process faster, more accurate and more efficient, at AWFS.

“The powerful saw’s software stores thousands of cutlists, optimizes, sorts cutlists into thousands of groups according to multiple criteria, and much more,” the exhibitor explains.

“The saw system scans your material for defects, optimizes remaining parts to fit into defect-free areas of your material, automatically advances, cuts lineal stock and prints the part information directly on your material.

“The RazorOptimal  is unique in that it is available with either an up-cut saw or it can be outfitted with our 18-inch precision down-cut saw, for customers wanting to automatically drill pocket holes and scribe face frame layout marks.”
