Felder Group launches new saw safety system

The Preventive Contact System (PCS) was introduced by the Felder Group at the 2019 LIGNA show in Germany.

“It acts without being touched, (there are) no damaged parts to replace and you can restart your saw in 15 seconds,” according to the company.

It will be available in 2020 on the Format-4 Kappa 550 saw.
