Maksiwa Launches Edgebander with Corner Rounding Feature

Maksiwa is proud to introduce the new CBC.PCR Automatic Edgebander, its most advanced model yet, designed to meet the needs of modern cabinetmakers.

Built for industrial-grade performance, the CBC.PCR combines essential finishing operations in one compact, high-efficiency machine: pre-milling, trimming, glue scraping, buffing, and the highly requested corner rounding feature, according to the company.

Equipped with the innovative XMelt glue pot system, the CBC.PCR supports both EVA and PUR adhesives. Its powerful 8-hp motor and intuitive PCL touchscreen make it easy to handle edge tapes from 0.4 to 3mm and panels from 10 to 50mm thick. Additional highlights include a cleaning agent spray system and high-frequency motors for precision results.
